Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
  • Plan, write, and schedule posts aligned with campaigns and product launches
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
  • Add engaging hooks, captions, transitions, and sound to maximize viewer retention
  • Optimize content formats for platform-specific requirements and best practices
  • Monitor social media metrics to track reach, engagement, and growth
  • Analyze content performance and provide monthly reports with improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with the Founder and creative team to execute brand campaigns
  • Research and stay up to date with trends in social media, digital marketing, and healthcare/dental content
  • Propose new content formats, series, or campaigns to enhance visibility and impact
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
  • Excellent written English skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience engagement
A Successful Candidate Must Have
  • A sharp sense of pacing, storytelling, and hook creation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team
  • Passion for creating engaging and impactful content that aligns with brand goals
Proficient With
  • Short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Social media scheduling and analytics tools
Experience Advantage
  • Background in dental, healthcare, or edtech industries
  • Graphic design and thumbnail creation skills
