Responsibilities Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok Plan, write, and schedule posts aligned with campaigns and product launches Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro Add engaging hooks, captions, transitions, and sound to maximize viewer retention Optimize content formats for platform-specific requirements and best practices Monitor social media metrics to track reach, engagement, and growth Analyze content performance and provide monthly reports with improvement strategies Collaborate with the Founder and creative team to execute brand campaigns Research and stay up to date with trends in social media, digital marketing, and healthcare/dental content Propose new content formats, series, or campaigns to enhance visibility and impact Minimum Qualifications Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro Excellent written English skills and attention to detail Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience engagement A Successful Candidate Must Have A sharp sense of pacing, storytelling, and hook creation Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team Passion for creating engaging and impactful content that aligns with brand goals Proficient With Short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) Social media scheduling and analytics tools Experience Advantage Background in dental, healthcare, or edtech industries Graphic design and thumbnail creation skills Familiarity with macOS and cloud-based collaboration platforms ShoreXtra Perks Day 1 HMO Coverage Dayshift schedule Fixed Weekends Off Game lounge Shorelife perks (e.g., gym membership discounts and more) Engaging monthly activities Free and unlimited barista-style coffee Free parking and shuttle services Employee referral incentives (Bronze) #J-18808-Ljbffr
