Overview The Social Media Assistant Manager is responsible for building the brands we have and storytelling through our social media channels. He/She ensures that the content published adds visibility and awareness, but also consistently represents the brand’s voice, style and image. Social Media Assistant Manager is the team’s pulse on content trends, references, and relevant content. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution Plan the social media content based on the brand briefs, campaigns, and BAU content plans. Develop and execute the content ideas, including planning, presenting, posting, editing, copywriting, and creating post-campaign reports Conceptualize how to communicate launches effectively on social media, through visual impact. Lead the community building aspect through engagement on the social media accounts. Shoot the necessary content to be published on Sunnies Studios’ social media pages. Social Media Management Manage the day-to-day handling and distribution of assets across assigned social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Bereal, Facebook/Meta, and other channels. Responsible for all brand-owned social media pages related to Sunnies Studios i.e, Sunnies Studios, Sunnies Coffee, Sunnies Flask, and future accounts that will be made. Maintain a solid social media presence to increase brand awareness. Leadership and Project Management Deliver projects within the agreed time frame and lead team to do the same. Develop and be accountable for growth and learnings of the Social Media Associate Participate in brainstorming and presentation sessions. Work with other team leads to ensure cohesiveness in the total output. Collaborate with creative and brand leads and align on the vision for the different campaigns. Brand and Product Love Be extremely knowledgeable about the brand’s products and services. Show strong understanding for all initiatives under Sunnies Inc Communication and Collaboration Effectively communicate new plans, products, initiatives to the bigger Team Sunnies Encourage openness and feedback in ways of working. Collaborate and learn from different teams Your Talent Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field 3-7 years of work experience in social media, brand management, or marketing; management experience preferred. Ability to direct and lead team to execute with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills required. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and similar tools required #J-18808-Ljbffr
