Team & Business Line

The Fund + SPV Administration is our core business, with a focus on alternative assets and accounting services. As a key member of the CFS Real Assets team, you will develop and execute operational control and legal entity oversight frameworks, primarily working with European legal entities.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, including Group Compliance and Risk teams.
  • Lead risk identification and mitigation strategies for operational and legal entity risks.
  • Implement strategic initiatives across European operations.
Governance & Compliance Leadership
  • Provide guidance on legal entity governance, operational control, and compliance matters.
  • Design and implement control frameworks for AML, data integrity, DAC6, FATCA/CRS, and corporate governance.
Quality Assurance & Process Enhancement
  • Develop and test controls, review policies, and drive operational improvements.
Knowledge Management & Training
  • Design training programs on governance frameworks and regulatory changes.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Generate reports and evaluate program effectiveness.
Qualifications About You

A proactive individual with expertise in governance, risk, and control within financial services, with a minimum of 5 years' experience and relevant educational background.

Technical Skills
  • Understanding of operational control standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of fund and SPV administration.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI (preferred).
