Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business or ERP systems. Knowledgeable in import and export shipping processes, including documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, and monitoring of shipment status. Experienced in processing renewals, permits, and registrations with government agencies such as the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR). Knowledgeable in order processing and customer service, including handling client inquiries, preparing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Prepares purchase orders, payment requests, and other administrative documents in the system for suppliers, clients, and service providers. Coordinates with couriers, shipping lines, and brokers to ensure timely release and delivery of goods. Prepares and reviews shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery receipts, and other import/export paperwork. Maintains and organizes office files, shipping records, and correspondence for easy retrieval and compliance purposes. Monitors inventory levels and assists in the procurement of office and operational supplies. Handles internal and external communications through calls, emails, and written correspondence in a professional manner. Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and import/export documentation requirements.
