Position Marketing Director at MCI Position Overview MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company providing Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a Director of Marketing to heighten our brand in the marketplace, work in a collaborative environment, and contribute to growth through effective marketing programs. Responsibilities Support the Directors and Leaders in marketing activities to maximize current and future sales and drive growth. Manage our brand across media avenues (print, internet, social media, advertising). Engage in high-level discussions and decisions. Develop and manage marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Directors and Leaders to capitalize on opportunities. Assist in implementing and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics, and resources. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Hubspot and/or Salesforce CRM. Candidate Qualifications Project management and team management experience. Copywriting, planning, budgeting, and reporting experience. Content creation; superior research and analytical skills. SEO strategy; excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills. Digital marketing experience; proven ability to execute programs such as targeted direct mail, email, events, and social media. Conditions of Employment All MCI Locations: Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
