Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce and sell our business funding solutions. They will identify potential clients, manage leads in a CRM system, set appointments for senior sales representatives, and follow up with prospects. The Cold Caller will also provide information about our capital solutions and answer any initial queries clients might have.

Qualifications
  • Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or phone-based sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage leads and CRM systems effectively
  • Basic understanding of business funding and capital options
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
