Now Hiring: Real Estate Cold Caller (Office-Based – IT Park, Cebu)

Position: Cold Caller / Lead Qualifier

Location: Office-Based – IT Park, Cebu

Type: Full-Time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00/month

What You Will Do
  • Make outbound calls to homeowners using a proven script
  • Ask key questions to qualify motivated seller leads
  • Handle objections, build rapport, and take detailed call notes
  • Pass qualified leads to our acquisitions team
  • Speak clear, natural English with a neutral or American accent
  • Are confident, coachable, and persistent
  • Have cold calling or sales experience (real estate is a plus)
  • Are willing to work on-site in IT Park, Cebu
  • Can follow scripts, handle rejection, and remain professional
