About The Team
The Workforce Management Lead – Partnerships ensures SCommerce meets operational targets by
aligning headcount supply from agency partners. The role focuses on workforce forecasting, capacity
planning, performance governance, and cross-functional collaboration to support efficient warehouse
operations across multiple sites.
Job Description
- Forecasting & Planning: Govern workforce forecasts based on projected orders to ensure daily headcount fulfillment.
- Partner Management: Act as primary liaison with agency coordinators on manpower supply performance targets, and compliance.
- Attendance & Performance Monitoring: Report daily attendance health checks, highlight pain points, and recommend both short-term fixes and long-term solutions
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular partner evaluations to improve attendance, productivity, and service delivery.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with WH Operations, Ops Support, Expansions, OperationalExcellence, BI, and Finance to address demand changes and operational gaps.
- Process Improvement: Partner with Workforce Support to implement systems and enhance processes.
- Compliance: Ensure workforce practices meet labor regulations.
- Mobility: Proactively visit warehouses in Bulacan, Laguna, and other sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in Workforce Planning, Vendor/Agency Management, or Partnerships within Warehouse, E-commerce, or Logistics preferred.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in labor regulations and workforce forecasting
- Willing to travel to multiple warehouse locations
