Overview

Staff Specialist / Manager - Quality. Monitor sites\' top defects and establish a robust project or program that will lead to defect reduction.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor sites\' top defects and establish a robust project or program that will lead to defect reduction
  • Continue to implement and govern the existing program in optimizing machine alarms for detection of machine abnormality to drive defect reduction
  • Tool owner and data management of OSAT Quality applications such as Continuous Improvement Program System, Customer Complaints, Line Disruptions System, Audit System, Tableau Dashboard Management
  • Management of Infineon QM tools for internal and customer audits
  • OSAT representative and officer-in-charge in Infineon-wide recognition programs such as Team-of-the-Quarter and Idea Management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent preferred (e.g., Chemistry, Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Physics, etc.)
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience within the Semiconductor Industry in Technology Developments/Product Developments/Process Engineering with knowledge of manufacturing processes and testing
  • Good knowledge of deviation management with a methodical and logical approach to problem solving
  • Good knowledge of failure analysis; knowledge of reliability assessment is an added advantage
  • Experience in data management and digitalization is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 requirements is an added advantage
  • Vast experience working with various stakeholders in Continuous Improvement Programs
  • Strong problem solving and statistical analytical skills with quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, 5 Why, SPC, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
