Responsibilities

  • Analyze, define, and enhance existing processes to boost productivity and minimize quality-related issues.
  • Conduct certification and qualification of operators and technicians across various process stations.
  • Evaluate and approve production materials and equipment. Enhance process designs and implement controls to meet customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Facilities teams to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and International Automotive Task Force (IATF)/Automotive Quality Management System (AQMS) standards.
  • Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: identifying special characteristics, setting quality objectives, facilitating relevant training, implementing corrective and preventive actions, managing customer scorecards and portals, and fulfilling other customer-specific requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or any related Engineering field.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
Skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Highly analytical with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Knowledgeable in statistical and quality tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and TCM
  • Familiarity with automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc.
  • Basic understanding of QMS, EHS, and IATF requirements, including customer-specific standards
