Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring that the STP under their care complies with the DENR & LLDA current regulations.
  • Present and oversee (if possible) Regulatory & Internal Monthly samplings.
  • Conduct orientation, manage and monitor STP Operator(s) activities.
  • Prepare monthly monitoring reports for submission to the client.
  • Supervise assigned projects (O&M) and personnel.
  • Prepare Self-Monitoring Reports for DENR & LLDA requirements.
  • Ensure STP Operator(s) conform to company standards.
  • Assist the client in process monitoring of treated effluent water quality and conduct of regular monthly sampling (this will be under the Commissioning Engineer’s responsibility).
  • Report and recommend to the client any STP equipment or parts that require immediate repair, replacement, or rehabilitation.
  • Assist the client in securing and renewing the Annual Discharge Permit.
  • Under the Commissioning Group, review related documents to ensure compliance with required DENR/LLDA documents.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure STP compliance with Company and Government Regulations.
  • Be responsible for the safety and well-being of operators under their jurisdiction.
  • Ensure timely submission of Overtime and Meal Allowances.
  • Ensure timely liquidation of Cash Advances.
  • Address client concerns through proper channels.
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with the Client PCO / Facilities Manager.
Authorities
  • Recommending approval of overtime for assigned personnel.
  • Adhere to and comply with Company Rules and Regulations; Recommend sanctions as appropriate.
  • Recommend STP for renewal of contracts; address employment-related concerns.
