Position Summary The Logistics Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the logistics team to ensure the efficient transportation, distribution, and storage of goods. They manage inventory, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and products. The role involves maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, optimizing logistics processes, and leading the team to achieve operational goals. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Coordinating and supervising daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Managing team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner. Collaborating with vendors, clients, and team members to improve business operations and achieve cost efficiency. Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of goods meet customers' expectations. Working with management to identify, implement, and monitor the efficiency of logistics processes. Providing regular operational reports and updates to senior management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any management-related course (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration). At least 5 years of working experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
