Inventory Clerk

Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies and materials Issue tools, uniforms, and equipment to staff as required for job assignments Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory system Stock Control & Documentation Track usage levels and coordinate with procurement team to replenish stock Prepare inventory reports for management and auditors Ensure proper labeling and organized storage of items Logistics Support Coordinate delivery and return of supplies from work sites Monitor movement of inventory between the main warehouse and client locations Compliance & Safety Follow safety protocols while handling, storing, and distributing inventory Ensure all issued items are in good condition and properly maintained Other Duties Assist in asset tagging and equipment tracking for temporary staff Support warehouse cleanliness and organization Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Proven experience in inventory Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move items (up to 25 kg) and stand for long periods. Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
