Position name: Business Analyst

Analysis of business processes in terms of the possibility of introducing optimization and automation. Collecting project requirements, managing contact between the client and the development team. Recommending the method / technology of automation in the analyzed projects

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Gathering business requirements for projects, ensuring their completeness.
• Contact the development team to discuss the collected project requirements, which results in a list of development tasks.
• Preparation of recommendations based on performed analyses.
• Creating project’s presentations and implementation’s documentation according to the methodology adopted by the team.
• Maintaining and improving processes and reports indicated by the supervisor.
• Implementation of processes in accordance with specific requirements, monitoring their compliance with adopted procedures.
• Fulfillment of other business instructions related to the tasks and objectives of the position or Team.
• Support of the person coordinating the project in creating and implementing solutions that automate processes.
• Preparation of time estimation needed to complete selected tasks within projects ordered by the supervisor.
• Ongoing cooperation with other organizational units abroad and in the country, including ongoing communication concerning the tasks performed; Preparation of reports for the needs of the Company, DSV Group or clients.
• Participation in the preparation and development of reports for the DSV Group or clients, in consultation with the superior.
• Collection, segregation and archiving of documents generated during current work in accordance with the rules applicable in the Group and the Team.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, binding legal regulations and orders of superiors, including compliance with the Work Regulations, Remuneration Regulations and other internal regulations in force in the Company, including protection of the Company's intellectual property.
• Conduct and behavior in accordance with the DSV values and compliance with intra-group regulations regarding the tasks and purpose of the position.
• Raising professional qualifications through participation in trainings and continuous self-education.

Education and skills:

Minimal requirements

• Secondary Education
• Knowledge of English at least B2 level.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) at an advanced level, Access on basic level
• Knowledge of VBA on basic level.
• Knowledge of JIRA on basic level.
• Minimum one year's experience in a large multinational corporation.
