Position name: Business Analyst

Position target:

Analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Collecting project requirements, managing communication between clients and the development team, and recommending suitable automation methods/technologies for projects.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Gathering and ensuring completeness of business requirements for projects.
  2. Communicating with the development team to discuss requirements, resulting in a list of development tasks.
  3. Preparing recommendations based on analyses.
  4. Creating project presentations and implementation documentation following the team's methodology.
  5. Maintaining and improving processes and reports as directed by the supervisor.
  6. Implementing processes according to specific requirements and monitoring compliance.
  7. Supporting the project coordinator in creating and implementing automation solutions.
  8. Estimating time needed to complete tasks within projects.
  9. Collaborating with organizational units domestically and abroad, maintaining communication regarding tasks.
  10. Preparing reports for the company, DSV Group, or clients.
  11. Participating in the development of reports for the Group or clients in consultation with superiors.
  12. Archiving documents generated during work in accordance with company rules.
  13. Adhering to internal regulations, legal requirements, and company policies, including intellectual property protection.
  14. Conducting oneself in accordance with DSV values and intra-group regulations.
  15. Enhancing professional qualifications through training and self-education.

Education and skills:

Minimal requirements:

  • Secondary Education
  • English proficiency at least B2 level
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic Access
  • Basic knowledge of VBA
  • Basic knowledge of JIRA

Work experience:

  • At least one year of experience in a large multinational corporation.
