Netbank National Capital Region, Philippines Finance Manager - Data and Technology The Finance Data and Technology Manager will lead the integration of finance, data, and cloud technology to strengthen the company’s reporting, compliance, and investor engagement. Drawing on a background in accounting, reconciliation, consulting, and data engineering, this role ensures the accuracy, governance, and usability of financial and operational data while managing cloud initiatives such as AWS. The Manager will serve as the primary link between Finance, Technology, and key stakeholders, delivering insights and data solutions that support business growth and investor confidence. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of data tool projects, ensuring scalable, secure, and optimized data solutions. Oversee ETL processes, job monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and availability for business and finance needs. Validate and reconcile data migrated from legacy systems to cloud platforms, ensuring integrity at both schema and record levels. Manage data warehouses and tables to maintain query optimization and uphold governance standards. Finance Data & Reporting Provide high-quality, reconciled financial and operational data to support investor queries, leadership decision-making, and compliance reporting. Prepare data-driven analyses and reports that translate complex financial and technical details into clear insights for business and investor stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal controls, supporting audits and due diligence processes. Lead finance-related reconciliations (i.e., loans, banks(ssa/dda), etc). Manage finance-related technology systems, from data pipelines to reporting platforms, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements. Implement automation in reconciliation, reporting, and file transfers to improve efficiency and accuracy. Conduct testing (UAT, functional, CUG) of new products, features, and system enhancements to validate finance data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored data solutions and ad‑hoc reports. Stakeholder & Investor Engagement Act as a trusted partner to investors by addressing data-related questions with clear, validated insights. Work closely with senior leadership, auditors, and regulators to ensure finance data compliance and transparency. Communicate technical findings in a clear, business-oriented manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support process improvements and contribute strategic input to enhance data governance and finance technology frameworks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; CPA is an advantage. 7+ years of progressive experience across finance, reconciliation, consulting, and data engineering roles. Hands‑on expertise in ETL processes, SQL, data governance, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Big Data Warehouses). Strong grounding in accounting standards, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects at the intersection of finance and technology. Skilled in BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) and process automation. Preferred Skills Background in consulting, due diligence, and audit engagements (Big 4 or equivalent). Experience in process optimization, automation, and risk control improvements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present confidently to leadership and investors.
