Infrastructure Transformation and Control Strategy (Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC))

Responsibilities
  • Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance activities related to ITC&S initiatives; ensure that all new and current processes, projects, and initiatives are aligned with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements; contribute to a strong control environment and mitigate risks throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a significant focus on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in leading GRC initiatives within large-scale infrastructure transformation projects (e.g., cloud migration, data center consolidation, network modernization).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, BSP Cir.).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to Financial Services (e.g., BSP).
