General Responsibilities

The Business Transformation Manager drives the standardization of delivery-related processes of the organization (e.g., sales, software development, application support, vendor management). The role is responsible for streamlining these processes against best practices and international standards to ensure readiness and compliance. Responsible for automation, process design, operation, and implementation. Aims to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and maximize profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities Process Transformation & Improvement
  • Conduct value stream mapping and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and process maps.
  • Discover automation opportunities and lead process optimization initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and build transformation capabilities.
  • Integrate digital tools, AI, and analytics into strategies for data-driven decisions.
Governance & Standardization
  • Develop and enhance project management policies, frameworks, and standards.
  • Implement governance structures to ensure accountability and compliance.
  • Refine templates and methodologies across project lifecycles.
Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with leaders to define and prioritize transformation initiatives.
  • Drive change adoption through structured strategies and engagement.
Project Management & Execution Oversight
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate projects.
  • Oversee project execution for quality and standards adherence.
  • Evaluate projects for alignment with budgets and timelines.
Financial & Resource Management
  • Analyze financial data, track budgets, and assess risks.
  • Provide financial reports and summaries to executives.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 6–8 years in business transformation, process standardization, with 2–3 years in supervisory roles. Proven experience with CMMi, ITIL, ISO standards. Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred; Greenbelt required. Hands-on with data visualization, analytics, automation projects, and document control. Familiar with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis), SDLC, Agile, and AI tools (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills: Strong technical writing, process design, stakeholder management, leadership, communication, organization, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
