Infrastructure Transformation and Control Strategy (Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)) GCash Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Infrastructure Transformation and Control Strategy The ITC Lead, is responsible for overseeing and executing governance, risk management, and compliance activities related to our ongoing ITC&S initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring that all new and current processes, projects and initiatives are aligned with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, contributing to a strong control environment and mitigating risks throughout the transformation lifecycle. Qualifications Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a significant focus on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Proven experience in leading GRC initiatives within large-scale infrastructure transformation projects (e.g., cloud migration, data center consolidation, network modernization). Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, BSP Cir.)
