Overview

This premier boutique immigration law firm, based in New York City with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, alongside other paralegals and the managing partner. This position is daily onsite and based in BGC, Metro Manila; work hours are 9pm to 6am Manila time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist lawyers and support staff on administrative tasks and documents needed by the firm.
  • Draft English-language affidavits, legal correspondence, and legal arguments.
  • Respond to emails and other forms of client communications as required.
  • Maintain confidential client files and manage large caseloads.
  • Work on a wide variety of family-based and employment-based inbound US immigration law cases.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant degree is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in law administration.
  • Proven experience and skills in writing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time-sensitive documents, and maintain exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Docketwise, or other immigration form software is preferred.
