THE ROLE As part of our global Enablement function, you’ll play a key part in shaping the learning and onboarding experience for our sales organization. From managing content in HighSpot and building engaging learning journeys to collaborating with marketing and content owners on impactful enablement materials, you’ll help ensure our teams have everything they need to succeed. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build, organize, and maintain learning journeys and digital pages in HighSpot Partner with content owners and marketing to structure and manage the content lifecycle Support creation of engaging enablement assets - videos, talk tracks, and more (AI tools welcome) Provide onboarding guidance to new hires: connect, coordinate, and help them hit the ground running Collaborate closely with the Enablement Leader to execute against our enablement strategy and vision WHAT IT TAKES Strong English communication and presentation skills Proven capability and hands‑on experience with HighSpot Genuine passion for Onboarding and Sales Enablement Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, cross‑functional teams Open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and improvement Flexible and adaptable when working across different time zones and priorities Be fully aligned with our core values: Think Big - Be courageous and bold.
