  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top Shopee Live Sellers
  • Directly coordinate with Seller streamers and acquire a thorough understanding of their needs
  • Cascade relevant information, updates, and best practices to Sellers through regular communication
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by top sellers and deal with clarifications or complaints
  • Ensure Sellers are streaming regularly and joining Shopee Live campaigns
  • Respond to general queries from assigned Sellers in a timely manner
  • Actively propose recommendations to improve processes for Seller streamers and suggest innovative growth solutions to grow and retain top Seller streamers in Shopee Live
  • Stay on top of industry trends, latest influencers, affiliates, and social media advancements
Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top Shopee Live Sellers

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Account Management background (influencers, sellers, or any other vendors)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and good team player in a fast-paced work environment
  • Problem-solver and strategic thinker
