Responsibilities include managing permissions and custom properties, maintaining data integrity, building dashboards and reports, and supporting marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, forms, and lead nurturing sequences. The ideal candidate will also manage integrations between HubSpot and third‑party tools, support campaign analytics, and assist with content updates in HubSpot CMS or Webflow. Success in this position requires advanced communication skills, a structured approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to translate complex CRM processes into actionable improvements that enhance sales and marketing performance. Key Responsibilities Administer and configure HubSpot settings, workflows, and data fields to support cross‑functional needs Manage user permissions, custom properties, and system integrations to maintain accurate and efficient operations Ensure data integrity across HubSpot and connected systems, performing audits and updates regularly Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and segmentation lists for campaign tracking and performance metrics Support campaign setup, automation workflows, and lead nurturing within HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs Oversee A/B testing, analytics, and reporting to improve conversion rates and engagement Manage CRM integrations with third‑party tools and maintain clean data between systems Create documentation and training materials to support user adoption and best practices Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements Assist with content updates and optimization within HubSpot CMS and Webflow Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in HubSpot administration or marketing operations Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, workflows, and marketing automation tools Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic coding for email templates and landing pages Strong understanding of reporting, segmentation, and CRM analytics Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CMS) preferred Experience in SaaS or digital marketing environments is a plus Compensation and Benefits Package Full-time legal work Competitive Base Pay** 13th Month Pay Night Differential: Additional pay for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PHT) Weekend and Holiday Overtime: Premium rates for weekend and holiday work Internet Stipend : Monthly allowance for internet expenses Generous HMO Coverage : Health coverage for you and 1 more dependent Paid Time Off : Includes up to 10 days of sick and holiday leave annually, plus 17 days of Philippine public holidays in 2025 Provided Equipment : All essential tools and equipment supplied for your success **De Minimis Benefits: These are included in your base salary and provided monthly.
