Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in email marketing
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and email marketing regulations
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent Communication and attention to details
  • Email marketing certifications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot) preferred

Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:

  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email
  • A/B testing and optimization expertise
  • Basic HTML/CSS
  • CRM platform experience
  • Understanding of email deliverability principles
  • Project management
  • List management and segmentation expertise

What to expect...


Schedule:

  • Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.

Compensation:

  • Rate starts at $5 per hour
  • Payment is made via Deel

Equipment:

  • Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
