As a member of our Portal Apps Services Analysis team, you’d use your analytical and UX skills and understanding of our versatile platform to optimize the creation of our portals. You’d be a nexus between our development and business areas, providing expertise to determine the best way to respond to our customers’ needs through portal design.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Thoroughly understand our sophisticated platform.
• Ensure that requests for portal creation are viable and optimal by maintaining effective communication between our business and development teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in our portal creation process.
• Develop a criterion to prioritize requests.
• Add value to the development of our portals by being a facilitator for the interaction between different teams.
• Examine portal creation and modification requests for feasibility and optimization.
• Advise our account managers and consultants on the possibilities of our platform and how to effectively communicate requests.
• Collaborate with our Product team to offer clients viable solutions to their specific needs.
• Work with our templates development team and our QAs to ensure portals are well-designed and bug-free.
• Respond to questions and generally share knowledge about possible functionality.
• Organize your workflow by assigning the adequate priority to requests for the creation or modification of our portals.

About you:

• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinker.
• Good understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).
• Awareness of usability principles and user-centered design, with the ability to collaborate on improving user experience.
• Strong command of English, both written and oral.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work autonomously with little supervision.
• A technical background is valued.
