We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled developer with a proven track record in building responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our digital presence, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.

1. Front-End Development: Develop responsive and visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
2. Front-End Development: Ensure cross-browser compatibility and develop responsive websites for mobile devices.
3. Front-End Development: Collaborate with Graphic / Figma designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
4. Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side logic using programming languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
5. Back-End Development: Develop and manage databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to store and retrieve data efficiently.
6. Back-End Development: Implement APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance website functionality.
7. Content Management: Customize and manage content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify.
8. Content Management: Create, edit, and publish website content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
9. Content Management: Must have experience with Elementor and building templates using static vs dynamic fields.
10. Website Optimization: Optimize website performance, including page load speed and overall user experience.
11. Website Optimization: Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues.
12. Website Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, such as proper meta tags, ALTs, structured data, and clean code.
13. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to align web development efforts with business goals.
14. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
15. Collaboration: Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
16. Testing and Maintenance: Test websites for usability, functionality, and performance across multiple devices and browsers.

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js).
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, SEO principles, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., VS Code, Webpack).
• Knowledge of web security best practices and data protection standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for web development and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
