Job Description

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at our leading dermatology and aesthetic clinic . The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, understands the beauty and wellness industry, and is skilled in digital marketing, sales strategies, and content creation . You will be responsible for promoting clinic services, growing brand awareness, and driving client engagement both online and offline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Marketing Campaigns – Plan and execute promotions to boost clinic visibility and service sales.
  • Content Creation – Produce engaging content (photos, videos, captions, reels) for social media and online platforms.
  • Social Media Management – Manage and grow the clinic’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Sales & Client Relations – Convert leads to clients, handle inquiries, and maintain good client relationships.
  • Collaboration – Work with designers, influencers, and internal teams for marketing efforts.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and sales performance.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or content creation (preferably in the beauty or wellness industry).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and edit basic content (photo and video) using apps like Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.
  • Familiarity with skincare and dermatological services is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, creative, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
