In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and documenting our construction projects, ensuring efficient project delivery. What you'll be doing Assist the project management team in coordinating and monitoring the progress of various construction projects Maintain detailed project records, including documentation, schedules, and reports Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather and disseminate project information Prepare and distribute project status updates, meeting minutes, and other communications Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and archiving project-related documents Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project coordination and documentation What we're looking for Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with project management software and tools is an advantage Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
