- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performance management
- Ensure claims are processed timely and with clear, concise, customer-friendly communications
- Data governance, data privacy and regulatory compliance in claims processing
- Plan, schedule, supervise and control work operations within the team
- Review and decide on complex cases within authority
- Serve as claims fraud manager; identify and report potential fraud
