Scheduling Coordinator As the Scheduling Coordinator within the Multichannel Traffic Team, you will be ensuring all commercial inventory is scheduled correctly and ready for telecast as per requirements agreed between the National Sales Team, Clients & Agencies and in line with industry legal requirements (Free TV Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice) as well as National Traffic policies. Key Duties and Responsibilities Accurately produce multiple daily commercial transmission schedules across our multichannels as per schedule production deadlines. Ensure all schedules and material application adhere to the requirements of the Television Industry Code of Practice and any further directions from ClearAds. Ensure all sponsorship spots are scheduled as instructed by the Sponsorship team and any exclusivity clashes are reported to the Sponsorship team asap and prior to finalisation of logs. Schedule sport as instructed by the Sports sponsorship team. Assist Network Sales with late bookings and produce amendments due to these late changes. Complete the previous day's reconciliation (Debrief), resolving any discrepancies between the scheduled log and the as‑run log. Qualifications You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly. You will be proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas for improvement in a positive and professional way, allowing you to build strong relationships. Highly motivated professional team member who can respond to challenges with a positive attitude. Competent in the use of both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
