We are a rapidly growing real estate and land development company who are in immediate search of a Site Engineer for our housing development project in Tanauan, Batangas City.

Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Engineer in the supervision of housing development at site assigned to contractors.

Monitors progress of construction as per agreed construction schedule.

Random checking of material specifications used by contractors in the housing development and assist Senior Engineer in the supervision of other construction related activities.

Assist Senior Engineer in facilitating building and construction permits and compliance of Meralco requirements.

Assist Senior Engineer in the review of bills of materials for all house models.

Attends to all other activities that maybe assigned to him by the Senior Engineer related to project.

Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering: Licensed is an advantage.

Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in real estate industry or with experience in housing construction and land development.

Above average written and verbal communication skills.

Average interpersonal skills.

With experience in handling home owners' complaints.

With experience in handling repairs on mass housing project.

At least 24 years old, preferably a resident of Batangas or nearby area.

Willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas, Monday to Saturday

Knowledge in Autocad and MS Office.

With experience in estimating works and costings.

With experience in detailed drawings and shop drawings.
