Paid Social Coordinator (fixed term parental leave) – Philippines (Remote). About the role

We are seeking a talented Paid Social Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team on a fixed-term parental leave contract, based in the Philippines. In this role, you will execute performance marketing campaigns on paid social channels to drive efficient new customer growth. You will be the primary point of contact for executing paid social campaigns for Canada and will support Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. You will contribute to making a real impact on people and the planet.

Responsibilities
  • Support communications with our external creative agency regarding live creative.
  • Execute all planned Lead Generation Campaigns on Meta.
  • Be responsible for ad trafficking, pruning, pacing, and budget optimization on Meta.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for paid social execution in Canada.
  • Create weekly and monthly paid social reports.
  • Conduct Paid Social Test Retros.
  • Troubleshoot minor campaign issues and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in reporting or execution and suggest process improvements.
  • Surface insights to brief the creative team for video and still image adverts.

  • You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and reports.
  • You take ownership of your tasks, proactively seeking ways to improve processes and regularly requesting feedback to enhance performance.
Technical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level of competency with Meta Business Manager; comfortable trafficking ad creative, pausing ads, and adjusting budgets.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (Google Sheets) for data analysis and optimization insights.
  • Some familiarity with Pinterest or TikTok ad platforms is a plus.
