You excel at cross-functional communication, balancing creative perspective with analytical thinking to build consensus and improve results. You manage multiple projects with organization and accountability, meeting deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team. You are detail-oriented, an effective problem-solver, and proficient with Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Office. At this time, we’re only considering candidates located in the Philippines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 1+ year of experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for design and detail Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and adjusting to shifting priorities Analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide insights for campaign optimization High level of autonomy, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to support team success Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work independently Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems effectively Proficiency in Google Tag Manager A day in the life As a Digital Marketing Coordinator on the paid social team, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing paid social campaigns while collaborating with the team to achieve client objectives. You will: Manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams to develop eye-catching, performance-driven advertisements Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure that campaigns align with client goals Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes Other duties as assigned Benefits & Perks At Intrinsic Digital, you’ll have a front row seat at an early-stage small business that is driving innovation in multiple industries, as well as a chance to make a real impact on the growth of our business.
