Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SpecialistJob Summary: The ERP Specialist is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the company's ERP and information systems to ensure smooth business operations and accurate data management. Tasked to enhance flow of data and information within the organization using various software/programs. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Acumatica ERP system to enhance operational efficiency. Analyze and map business processes, recommending system improvements and automation opportunities. Provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to ERP users. Make use of various programs like Microsoft Excel to optimize data and integrate with the ERP system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and integrate business functions. Ensure ERP system security, data accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or other related fields. Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of database management, system integration, and process mapping is an advantage.
