Background Screening: Review and process background checks for approval, ensuring compliance with company standards. System Account Setup: Initiate and coordinate new hire account setups across all relevant systems. Start Date Coordination: Communicate and align start dates with new hires and their managers for seamless integration. Documentation Oversight: Guarantee 100% completion of onboarding documents and forms, maintaining compliance and accuracy. Onboarding Meetings: Conduct engaging weekly onboarding sessions, presenting company policies, expectations, and culture to new hires. Communication: Act as the first point of contact for new hires, answering questions and fostering excitement about joining the team. What\u2019s in it for you?
