Employee Services Specialist - Onboarding AECOM Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Accountable for HR support to a small office or branch. Company Description At AECOM, we deliver a better world by improving people’s everyday lives through infrastructure solutions. Job Description Provides HR support to a small office or branch. Guides employee relations/HR issues to operations using best practices. Ensures compliance with state, federal, and corporate HR regulations and laws. Coordinates with supervisor for unusual or difficult problems and develops actions for non‑routine work. Receives supervision on new aspects of assignments. Exercises judgment on details of HR systems and HR‑related areas. Uses standard HR knowledge and techniques in specific situations and recognizes discrepancies. Qualifications At least 2 years of shared services onboarding (pre and post). Willing to work night shifts and hybrid setup.
