Let’s shape the future of work together Profile Requirements 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with an emphasis on Onboarding and Account Setup in Google Ad and Meta. Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Salesforce, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities. Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on process optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment. Core Responsibilities Provides support across paid media, organic media and client services with client onboarding and account creation. Pre‑Onboarding Support: Sending the contract, ensuring the contract is signed, gathering W9’s and ensuring they match the property name/address. Onboarding Supporting: Filling out the onboarding sheet, entering the tasks, entering into Salesforce, creating folders in Drive, creating an internal budget sheet, organizing assets and creating PMC specific emails. Onboarding Support: Managing client communication to gather items, assets, logins, follow up, task submission, sharing preview links and cross‑dept communication on onboarding status. Onboarding Support: GTM creation, GA4 permission set up, GSC verification, GBP, Facebook setup. Onboarding Support: Obtaining access to social media profiles including 2‑factor authentication and connecting social profiles, syncing Instagram with Facebook Business Page on Meta Business Suite. Post Launch Support: Complete Salesforce service mappings, audit Salesforce property accuracy, audit property dashboards, assign client access and provide PMC integration instructions. Actively participate in department meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. Stay up‑to‑date with trends, best practices and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industry. Benefits Competitive salary.
