Recruitment Specialist A Recruitment Specialist plays a vital role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding—while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and career events. Screening & Interview Coordination Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and facilitate interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Job Advertising Craft compelling job descriptions and post them across multiple platforms to attract a broad and qualified talent pool. Candidate Experience Management Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive experience. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Onboarding Support Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization. Recruitment Analytics Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated success in recruitment or a similar role, with experience managing end-to-end hiring campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong candidate assessment capabilities, and proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Must be amenable to reporting onsite in Taguig and Fixed Term Employment Contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
