Key Responsibilities in B2B Email Marketing
  • Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aimed at growing the ITreader community and maximizing lead generation efforts.
  • Plan and execute cold email outreach campaigns to engage new leads and build awareness among potential community members and partners.
  • Create and manage multiple email domains, ensuring they are properly warmed up for high deliverability rates.
  • Develop and deploy both plain text and HTML emails, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and visually appealing to our target audience.
  • Establish and maintain effective nurture cadences that guide potential members through the conversion funnel.
  • Optimize email marketing processes to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Facilitate increased attendance at webinars and events through strategic email promotions.
  • Syndicate content through email campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and encouraging downloads of promoted content.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B email marketing with a focus on lead generation and community growth.
  • Cold email marketing experience is preferred , including campaign planning, personalization strategies, and compliance with deliverability best practices.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to design and automate complex email campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, capable of crafting compelling email content that resonates with a technical audience.
  • Experience in data analysis and performance tracking for continuous improvement of email strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
