Data Governance Officer

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Governance Officer to drive our HR data governance initiatives. This role will ensure that HR data is managed with integrity, consistency, and alignment to organizational priorities. The ideal candidate has experience implementing governance practices across business units with varying levels of data maturity, and can balance strategic vision with practical execution.

Data Governance Specialist

Role Definition

The Data Governance function is responsible for DM policies & standards, DM training & enablement, data definition and data lineage. Supports other DM capability functions such as data ownership & stewardship, data quality, master data, and reference data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement DM policies and standards, including creation, update, maintenance and approval.
• Manage enterprise data definition and lineage with Data Owners, Stewards and SMEs, including in the target platform (e.g., TDC).
• Enable DM through guidance, sessions, and training.
