Job Description : The Data Processing Specialist is responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Data Processing Specialist at NielsenIQ, you create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.

Responsibilities :

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
• Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and tools
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices
• Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues

Qualifications :

• A desire to work in a fast paced, metrics and deadline oriented department
• Understanding of Citi’s internal policies and processes and the ability to quickly identify areas of weakness
• Familiarity with XMC (SAP Business Objects) and reporting functionality would be a big plus
• Knowledge in sanctions screening or KYC review is advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel and/or MS Access
• Strong teamwork skills in a local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
• Strong workflow management skills with focus on process improvement and operational redesign
• Demonstrate assertive interpersonal and written communication skills with no aversion to client and management interaction
• Ability to work in a changing regulatory and control environment
• Strong organization, project and change management skills
• Ability to work in a target driven environment meeting agreed SLAs
• Complete all mandatory reports in a timely manner and to required standards
• Excellent awareness of and adherence to audit & risk controls

Additional Information :

• We’re looking for applicants interested in full-time, project-based work for 2 years.
• The base pay is Php21,780 with an opportunity to earn monthly bonuses of up to Php10,000.
• This position requires no probationary period, and you will have access to HMO services from the start.

Job Description :

The Information Services Group (ISG) provides authoritative sources of reference data to our clients across Institutional Client Services (ICG). The Account Control unit opens and maintains customer sub-accounts, screens reference data, and ensures that customer details and settlement instructions across systems remain up to date. The role supports sanctions screening and ensures regulatory obligations are met before trading for Institutional Client Accounts across Equities, Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all documented processes and Citi Policies are followed correctly.
• Deliver within the SLA for Sanctions Screening and align with timelines.
• Perform independent reviews and manage escalations as needed.
• Liaise with global/regional ICRM and AML teams on screening reviews.

Development Value / Knowledge & Experience :
