Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team at ELECTROKONSTRUCT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE in Antipolo City Rizal. As our Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative construction projects that push the boundaries of architecture and engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design cutting-edge architectural plans and blueprints that meet client requirements and adhere to local building codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction managers and engineers, to ensure the seamless execution of projects
  • Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, providing guidance and resolving any technical issues that arise
  • Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of our work
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by participating in client presentations and proposals
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative architectural solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Architect
  • Proficient in using architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations and safety standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
