Overview On-site - Rizal Fresh Graduate/Student Bachelor Full-time We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Operator who can combine technical drafting with creative design. This role requires expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, and graphic design to produce detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and creative, capable of translating technical data into visually appealing outputs for projects, proposals, and marketing needs. Key Responsibilities 2D Drafting & CAD Work Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings using AutoCAD. Ensure compliance with drafting standards (dimensions, layers, line weights, and scales). Interpret architectural, engineering, or mechanical plans and convert them into professional outputs. Develop 3D models from 2D drawings using SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software. Apply materials, lighting, and textures to create realistic renders in Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape. Produce walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and animation outputs for project presentations. Graphic Arts & Visualization Use Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw to enhance renderings and prepare presentation boards Create brochures, posters, diagrams, and other marketing visuals from CAD/3D outputs. Prepare well-structured layouts, annotated drawings, and design proposals. Design Support Apply basic knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, and design proportions. Assist in conceptualizing designs and visual presentations aligned with project needs. Work closely with engineers, architects, or project teams to deliver design outputs. Prepare professional presentation materials and explain design concepts clearly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering, Multimedia Arts, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in AutoCAD drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Strong portfolio showcasing technical drawings, 3D renders, and graphic works. Core CAD Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) and knowledge of drafting standards. 3D Modeling: Skilled in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or related software. Rendering: Familiarity with Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar rendering tools. Graphic Arts: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Canva. Presentation: Ability to prepare professional presentation boards, layouts, and visuals. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, creative, adaptable, and strong in communication. Requirements Proficiency in the following software (minimum toolkit): AutoCAD (2D drafting) SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max (3D modeling) Photoshop / Illustrator (graphic arts & presentations) Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong sense of design aesthetics combined with technical accuracy.
