Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team at ELECTROKONSTRUCT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE in Antipolo City, Rizal . As our Project Architect , you will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of a building project, from design to construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
What you\'ll be doing- Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes.
- Act as the primary contact with client, understanding their needs and translating them into design solutions.
- Oversee project schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to plans, and address any issues that arise on-site.
- Check materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
- Maintain detailed records of project design, construction, and any changes made throughout the project.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture or related degree is typically required.
- Registered Architect (PRC) is essential.
- Knowledge of architectural software (CAD, BIM), building codes, and construction practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve design and construction issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors.
- Ability to organize, plan, and manage projects within budget and timelines.
