Logistics & Pallet Supervisor

The Pallet Supervisor is a critical Supervisory leadership position responsible for overseeing all pallet-related operations of different SCLD managed facilities across all Inbound and Outbound distribution facilities. This role ensures efficient material handling, maintains safety standards, and coordinates team activities to meet operational targets. Responsibilities of a Pallet Supervisor – Admin National, include the following but not limited to: Keep track and maintain accurate pallet inventory records, ensure all areas conduct regular cycle counts, and implement systematic tracking procedures to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies across warehouse operations Direct and coordinate all activities, provide guidance and training, monitor performance metrics, and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and safety. Ensure compliance with established warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards while implementing corrective actions to address operational deficiencies and maintain operational excellence. Identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement efficiency initiatives, analyze performance data, and develop strategies to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs #J-18808-Ljbffr
