Position Title: Cross-Sell Program Manager

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for developing and managing acquisition programs intended to grow credit card penetration within the Metrobank customer database. S/he will lead the team to develop programs and processes that will aid in customer growth from opportunities within the Metrobank Group. The role is responsible for driving higher product penetration through acquisition cross sell.

The jobholder will work closely with cross functional groups within Metrobank to develop campaigns targeted to existing customers of the bank for credit card growth. S/he will likewise collaborate with partners within the MB Group to unlock and design a process and policy to acquire potential credit card customers. S/he will coordinate with the segment group for proper communication to the base and to ensure that the intended journey of the customer as aligned with Life Banking is followed.

The jobholder should ensure that performance monitoring and profitability measures are in place.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth of the credit card acquisition by tapping the existing Metrobank customer base.
  • Develop acquisition campaigns to encourage credit card application from existing depositors/customer of Metrobank.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate and optimize growth strategy and performance.
  • Manage budgets and report on acquisition campaign metrics.
  • Document, improve and embed customer journeys and prospect to new customer processes.
  • Manage channel throughout the business to ensure lead generation is a priority.
  • Lead the cross sell team to ensure channel strategy is executed to exceed targets.
  • Grow the supplementary card base through specific programs and strategies that comply with existing regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a college/university and preferably a graduate of a business course.
  • Has at least 2 years solid experience in developing and launching marketing programs. Preferably with experience in implementing usage programs.
  • Has an extensive knowledge of the lending business – particulary credit cards.
  • Has broad understanding of the different areas of the credit card business and the capacity to relate unit’s operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company
  • Has strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adept at preparing communication, research and creative briefs and has experience in creating MIS reports for marketing programs.
