Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MSP Program Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring program compliance, optimizing workforce solutions, and driving operational excellence in the delivery of contingent workforce management and related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the MSP program across client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce program, including requisition management, onboarding, performance tracking, and offboarding

  • Oversee relationships with third-party staffing vendors and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), compliance standards, and delivery metrics

  • Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic talent solutions

  • Utilize and manage VMS (Vendor Management System) tools for data accuracy, reporting, and workflow optimization

  • Provide detailed program reporting, analytics, and business insights to internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify areas for program improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and quality

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across all aspects of the program

  • Coordinate and manage audits, risk assessments, and remediation plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, staffing, or workforce solutions—preferably in an MSP or BPO environment

  • Familiarity with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, SAP)

  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment regulations in the Philippines

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

  • Proven experience in handling multiple vendors and high-volume requisition processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global or regional MSP setting
