Overview

Permanent, remote Virtual Assistant positions with Bezla.com LLC (U.S.-based global hotel sales and marketing management company) and related opportunities in Taguig and surrounding areas. This is a work-from-home, independent contractor role with base hourly pay plus bonuses. Coachability is needed to succeed in this position. Bezla is expanding and seeks enthusiastic, entrepreneurial individuals to join our support team.

Location note: Various postings include Taguig, Pasig City (National Capital Region), and other remote opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing reports
  • Calendar management
  • Writing articles
  • Scheduling administrative appointments
  • Using social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Administrative tasks such as data entry, email and file management, and document drafting
  • Communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with distinction
  • 1+ years of Marketing & Sales related experience, ideally in Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, CRM, Sales/Channel Management, Marketing Spend/Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST (note: separate postings specify local time zones)
  • High-speed internet (10 Mbps+)
  • A laptop/PC with at least 16 GB RAM
  • A noise-canceling headset
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace
Requirements
  • Availability for the stated schedule (hourly base pay plus bonuses, potential for advancement)
  • Proficiency with relevant tools (Google Workspace, social media tools, basic bookkeeping software)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
