KOL Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic KOL Specialist to drive growth through partnerships with affiliates, creators, and influencers. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, an analytical mindset, and a creative eye for collaborations that strengthen our brand presence and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall affiliate and influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, creators, and influencers across multiple platforms. Negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and campaign deliverables that align with brand goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and e‑commerce teams to ensure integrated campaign execution. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing. Qualifications Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing. Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make strategic recommendations. Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, social media, and community building.
