You will explore learning science, codify insights through our Brain Lifts methodology, and drive rapid product iterations that deliver undeniable results. LearnWith.AI combines decades of learning science with AI-powered coaching to create personalized learning experiences at scale.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and maintain "BrainLifts" – structured knowledge repositories that capture expertise in education and customer needs, aligning human teammates, AI systems, and strategic decisions
  • Execute rapid OODA (Observe-Orient-Decide-Act) cycles that target the Most Important Problem, implement high-impact solutions within weekly timeframes, and measure success with objective metrics
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Creating or managing traditional product roadmaps or dictating specific build requirements
  • Taking a solution-first approach without developing deep domain understanding and user empathy
  • Engaging in lengthy development cycles; the rhythm is weekly shipping
  • Designing technical architecture or building software solutions directly
Basic Requirements
  • 4+ years in product leadership positions with ownership of the fundamental problem-solution hypothesis
  • Demonstrated success launching at least one complete product from conception to market release that reached end users and achieved meaningful commercial success (minimum $1M revenue)
  • Practical experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows (research, analysis, strategic planning, etc.)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is on a weekly basis. See for details.
